I am going to have the swimmers on my masters team do a T-30 swim test tomorrow (swim as far as they can in exactly 30 minutes.) Since this is a fairly standard test, I thought it would be easy to find a chart that converts distance swum in 30 minutes into the pace per 100 yards. Alas, I can't find any such chart on the internet and don't want to have to laboriously figure out each swimmers average 100 pace.
Any suggestions and/or urls I can get this info?
