New masters coach that would like to get some good Ideas to spice up my practices

HI,
I am a new masters coach and I am try to find some fun new things to do with my master swimmers. Like fun games, drills, and workouts to spice up some of my practices. If anyone has any ideas or suggests on things that you liked to do I would really appreciate your input. Thank you!!!!!:)
No, Bert, that set is from Long Beach. I think Klaus Barth came up with it. If I were to give the PCC sets, nobody would want to come to my workouts.
Monday main set = 5x500 (distance people did 800s)
Tuesday = 20x 200IM
Wednesday =15x300
Thursday = 10 x 400IM
Friday = I don't remember, I'm too dizzy from the first four days
Saturday = 30 (or more)x 100
Anyone who worked out for Ron Ballatore would recognize and remember these sets.
