Superpools/Splashpools in Swim Magazine

In the most recent issue of Swim, there's an ad for Superpools/Splashpools--a sort of prefab and presumably inexpensive above ground lap pool. You can check out the following link to see Angel Martinez in front of her customized 50 meter two-lane home pool. My teammates and I are wondering if anyone out there has ever swum in one of these? If so: are they decent for training? competing? are they durable? are they prohibitively expensive? can you buy a bubble and keep one open outside in the northeast in winter?
