This past year MBNA, a USMS National Sponsor in conjunction with USMS, had a promotion whereby if you registered and were accepted for the MBNA affinity card you would receive a zippered navy fleece vest with the USMS logo embroidered on the vest. This promotion is now over, and USMS is offering the remaining vests on hand to the general membership.
