Best HR Monitor for Swimming (Chest ones fall down on turns)

What is your favorite fitness tracker for swimming that also is great for monitoring Heart Rate while swimming? If it requires 2 separate devices, I am open to that option.
In the past, I've used chest straps and they never stay in place on flip turns which quickly becomes annoying. What other options are available?
Ideally, I'd love a fitness tracker that can track laps, HR, total yards swam, etc... (if it can also track which stroke I'm swimming, that would be great too).

Apple Watch 3. No chest strap. Works pretty well IMO but during the swim function the face goes dark to save battery life and has to be woken up manually. Not really conducive to using it as a clock.
