I recently came across a meet listed in Monterry, Mexico September 5-9 (Mexixo Masters Nationals?). Has anyone else heard anything about this meet, has it been held in the past? Anyone been to Monterrey?

Are Nationals open to competitors from other countries (i.e., can USMS members compete at the Mexico Nationals)? If so, do many people do this?
