Haas has incredible range and went 18 high (timing pads in) in his 50 relay split in practice.
Hell, he went out at 20.90 in the 200! I'm not surprised that when you give him a flying relay start, and relieve him of the burden of having to swim another 150 yards in under 1:10, he can throw down a sub 19 second 50 relay split :agree:
