The USMS 2.4 Mile Open Water National Championship will be held prior to Mission Viejo: www.clubassistant.com/.../meet_information.cfm I'm not going to make the MV meet, but I did enter the Dana Point OW event. Should be fun!

One nationals a year is my goal - it was short in Indy. I did well for an ol' fat man !!
