Jim Thornton will not be there to bother anyone as he has developed another hypochondriac ailment.
hmmm sounds suspiciously like a sluggish thyroid....
Kirk, Is there something I need to know about getting married?
Oops. I guess I saw your icon and Allen's post right under it and somehow thought I read both of you were hurt. So I guess I'll change it to to "good luck and congratulations" for you. :)
I vote for Palomino.I'll second Mark's vote even though I'm not going to be there. I've eaten there multiple times before when there on business; great food and, for those who care, good wine. I encourage all 45-49 year old men entered in the 400 IM to partake heavily of the most robust wines you can find on Thursday evening. :bolt:
Count me in, and probably the webmaster too...
EDIT: Wow. Just noticed that this was my 2,000th post. :bouncing: Such an occasion deserves blue Comic Sans font. :) (Just kidding, Elaine!)
Congratulations, Jayhawk. And, thank you for using my favorite posting font in honor of your 2,000th post.
Hey, are you and Mr. Jayhawk going to be around the office on Thursday, May 16? We'll be heading back from Sanibel that day and thought we would make a detour to USMS headquarters. :D
Arrrrrrrrgggggg :censor::censor::badday:.My shoulder has been bothering me for awhile, but I thought it would be OK by Indy. Now I find out it won't be.No swimming with my left arm for 2 weeks at least.Tendinitis in the rotator cuff, probably supraspinatis,at least.More diagnostic work to come.Since it is very hard to swim BR without a left arm(the whole "all movements must be symmetrical thing")I won't be able to swim at Indy.I wish you all well and certainly hope to be back to full speed by Mission Viejo.
Ohhhh NOOOO, King Frog! :bighug: I'm sorry to hear your shoulder is croaking! Get well soon, so you can jump back off the lily pad! I look forward to seeing you and Mrs. Frog at Mission Viejo- and, perhaps a reunion dinner. :D
Wookiee won't be at nationials, esp. a short course nationals. Besides, if I were to slip off the week before my wedding, the soon-to-be mrs. wookiee might be a little upset.
Oh! I was hoping to meet you someday!!!!
Good luck and have a delightfully romantic wedding!!

I'm sorry about your RC Allen, I was hoping to meet you and your wife. Heal quickly and hopefully I'll meet you some day soon!
