Very. Even more remarkable because Linley has a chronic illness that affects her training and recovery - the reason she retired from swimming in the first place in the 90s. (I'm same age group, same club)
I've just checked some of Linley's old times. 1:11.36 at the Barcelona Olympics (100 *** B final). 1991 FINA World Champion 100 *** - 1:08.81
At our Australian Swimming Championships/trials, Linley Frame (41) came 9th in 50 *** and 10th in 100 *** (32.32 and 1:11.31 - new improved W40-44 records).
Holy moly. That's scary!
