Historically, Phelps drops 0.3 to 0.4 from semi’s to finals. I don’t’ see anyone besides Phelps going under 50.5. It should be a great race for silver and bronze from Le Clos, McGill and Cavic.:bliss:

That's not phelps problem. Lochte knew what he was getting into when he did this double 4 years ago and this year. Phelps won the race fair and square. He couldn't control what lochte did or didn't do before the 200 im.
