I'm profoundly relieved not to find details about people's streaks on these pages. As to accomplishments, I'm not as modest as others. I'm pretty sure I put the "Mega" in the Mega Masters Weekend.
Many, many thanks to Fort for hosting me for the incredibly fun Colony Zones weekend and for counting for my stunning 45 second time drop in the 1650!!! My forays into pool swimming are rare and I was surprised to have to invoke Chaosses DBAP rule when my 400IM swim started less than 2 minutes after my 100 ***!! Invoke it I did though, and scored yet another personal best in what might now be my favourite pool swim.
Wow! There should be a special waiver for this. Let you skip breaststroke in the IM and just add on your 100 *** time. Throw on a couple seconds for the start or something. :)
Not too many seconds though, or it might look like sandbagging and you'll get publicly castigated...and basically called a cheat.
Incidentally, I try not to mention my "streak,"
I hollered "don't look Ethel!" but it was too late...:bolt:
(I hope a few people laugh at this, because I thought it was one of my best efforts!)

Well it took you long enough... U.S. Masters Swimming Discussion Forums - View Single Post - SPMA Zones bigger than Nationals?

That's Two Consecutive chortles!

Stud, we all know you're a cheat anyway. You must be doping or something!
You did great this weekend. And I enjoyed the hot tub talk.
I smell a euphemism!
And what fun would this forum be if we didn't get to listen to people tell everyone else how great they were? Or, when we say something stupid, to get zinged by well-written wittsters?
Now, back to the topic at hand, I, for one, enjoyed reading about everyone's swimming accomplishments this past weekend - it's like swimming vicariously. :-)
