It says, "Why settle for mildly disturbed when hou can be completeely nuts? I'm a Butternut!" In the center it says, "Team NASTI" and "500 yards+ Butterfly Club". :D So, Rob, when are you going to match my 2,000 yards non-stop fly and get one of your own? ;) Anyway, to answer your question, I was already done with my 10 races for the weekend and sat down to get the hell off my hip before falling down. :censor: By the end of the meet, I had reached my limit of deck time. The only time I felt good all weekend was when I was in the water swimming. Wednesday, I go in for hip arthroscopy, so the pain has just begun... :afraid:

    Katinka Hosszu of Hungary broke 4 WR in FINA swimming Championship in Qatar in early December 2014. She was also awarded Best Swimmer of the year by FINA, which was quite controversial in swimming world as people were expecting Katie Ledecky to win it.   • Natalie Coughlin might not have any NCAA records after today. This one taken down was from 2002 and the other one from 2002 might be taken down by Courtney Bartholomew tonight in the 100 Back. Last night in the 400 Medley Relay, Bartholomew's split in the 100 Back was 50.19 and she has gone 50.01 so she is in striking distance of this record. These records have lasted 13 years and thru the tech suit era which is quite amazing.
