I've not done any analysis to see if left coasters & westerners were disproportionately under-represented on the Auburn psych sheets, but wondering if the SPMA/Southwest Zone meet (www.clubassistant.com/.../meet_information.cfm might garner a bigger turnout than Nationals?
Who's going to Mission Viejo?
Put zones ON nats dates so that I have another chance to be in the top 10 !!
You just might be in luck! There is no rule that says they can't do it!!

"5) 503.5, 502.9 section legislation (Mike) – Mike stated that the language found in Sections 503.5 and 502.9 may not be valid and could be removed since they could have great impact on local or Zone championships if interpreted as rules.
Mike made a motion to remove the language from the Rule book. CJ seconded.
Jeff made the point that there is no penalty language if an LMSC did schedule an event.
Rob C said it would be a good policy to follow.
Dave D asked what is the harm in keeping this in the Rule book.
Mike said there is no harm, but it should be recognized as a guideline by Zones and LMSCs.
Ralph said that this is done in the spirit of cooperation.
Mike withdrew his motion."
It's a few days late, but I want to congratulate Mission Viejo for hosting another well run meet. :applaud:
I also enjoyed the additional competition from the non-SoCal swimmers who made the effort to come to the meet. Thanks for coming!
