Long Swims while Pregnant

I am considering signing up for a 4.4 mile open water swim when I will be 7 months pregnant at the time. Has anyone done something similar and would you be able to share your experience? How did it go for you and do you have any advice or things to look out for? I have done longer swims before (up to 25k open water) but not while pregnant. Thank you!

    I didn't swim open water at that stage of my pregnancies (too cold here when I was at 7 months), but I swam 5000-7000 yards in the pool all the way to my delivery date with both of my pregnancies.  I really didn't have any problems but definitely needed to refuel afterwards or I would get light-headed.
