For this Nationals, swimmers can swim both the 800 and 1500, but all swimmers must meet the qualifying time to swim the 800. Qualifying times are not required to swim the 1500. If you meet the qualifying time for the 800 but do not meet the qualifying time for the 1500, you can swim both.
