The 400IM is no joke... Swimming it long course is even more intense. The very best swimmers in the world talk about (and quit) it all the time.
I've learned my lessons on entering the 400IM race. With key races following, there is nothing cruise or race prep about the long course 4IM.
Let's revisit the thought for SCM. :)
