I haven't competed indoors since I was 18, which was a bloody long time ago. I'm trying to decide whether to pack my swimming parka to stay warm or not. I am thinking without it I might be chilly. Any thoughts?
It's always better to be over-prepared and not use it. I hate freezing, it really screws with your flexibility and ROM!
I totally agree with you. I have never swum well when cold, so I'll make sure that won't happen!
