Sorry to have such a basic question, but how does one sign up for Nationals? I don't belong to a team and I understand that qualifying times aren't necessary unless you swim more than 3 events, right?
I'd like to join a relay team or two. Is there a way to find swimmers to form a team for the meet?

Yes, you can enter three events without times.
Since you are not on a team you will put UN on the form for unattached.
I am not sure about relays..
