Time delay video at Cleveland

Another swimmer was telling me how happy he was about watching a tape that someone made of his 100 fly at LC Nationals. We remembered that there was a TV set up in the bleachers, with a 15 minute time-delay video of the races. The question is: were those races stored someplace? (Or were they streamed, then erased.) Would it be possible to get tapes/movie files of your swims at Cleveland? I don't remember the name of the sponser who set up the table.
