Does anyone remember the recommended order of events? I remember you start with the 1000 free, do the 200 fly second, and end with the 1650 free

RE: Order for 18 Competitive Events in One Workout

So did you make it? How long do you have to complete the workout? At what point is it no longer a single workout?

RE: Order for 18 Competitive Events in One Workout

I'll give it a shot when your ready. I might give it a go sometime, but as I swim alone, I'd need to commiserate online ;)

RE: Order for 18 Competitive Events in One Workout

I'll give it a shot when your ready. Funny..I like your sense of humor :)

At St. Pat's meet this weekend my first 2 events were the 1000 Fr and the 200 Fly, back to back. That's as far as I am going on that list without some major rest!!

RE: Order for 18 Competitive Events in One Workout

Slowswim, just let me know when you're up for it. That workout requires a partner to commiserate with!!

With those as the bookends, I can't imagine that the order of what's in the middle really matters. ;)

RE: Order for 18 Competitive Events in One Workout

A friend found the recommended order for me, for anyone who's interested:
