These exercises aren&amp;#39;t distance specific but most/all of them would be  beneficial for a distance swimmer.  You should get all the cardio you need from swimming.  You won&amp;#39;t get much benefit much from running/biking unless you need to lose weight.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
