So I'm dying to know, how did this Jazz hands guy do at nationals?

He did well. Here is SCY (forgive the formatting, spaces get compressed):

===========================================================================
Pl Name Age Club Seed Time Final Time Points
===========================================================================

Men 18-24 50  Freestyle
  2  Hands, Jazz                  22   PNA      21.59       21.04    9.00

and LCM:

Pl Name Age Club Seed Time Final Time Points
===========================================================================

Men 18-24 50  Freestyle
  2  Hands, Jazz                    22   PNA      24.50       24.72    9.00

Men 18-24 50  Butterfly
  4  Hands, Jazz                    22   PNA      26.50       27.17    7.00

At LCM champs, he also split 23.96 anchoring a medley relay. Pretty fast!

RE: Swimming Less/Lifting more for sprints?

www.usaswimming.org/.../ViewMiscArticle.aspx

RE: Swimming Less/Lifting more for sprints?

Thanks for the link.. really good tsuff
