07D6T disconnect and reconnect your account on the My Swim Feed page in the upper right hand corner. Once you have done that, it should recognize you on Swim.com.

My data started to update again on Thursday, but it didn't retroactively update any of my swims from early March until then. I'm manually uploading everything the FLOG missed, including my notes from the swim.com app, now.

Nice! I see it pulling from my Swim.com account as well, although it seems to be duplicating each workout twice even though I didn’t manually log them on FLOG.

looks like it started pulling with this last thursday. I am actually glad they didn't backfill it since I've been manually entering it since it broke

On USMS it says my Swim.com account is linked, but the Swim.com app does not recoginize me as a USMS member, and therefore won't let me join the Summer Fitness Challenge. I did the challenges in Jan & Feb so it was working, but just stopped and won't resynch to show I'm a USMS member.

Jeriel Ng we have found the issue. It is only impacting a few members and the fix should be pushed to the site in early June. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Has this been fixed yet? I just connected on Monday and haven’t been able to see any of my past or current swims. Tried disconnecting as well, but that didn’t seem to work.

It's now 6 weeks since my FLOG last updated. At this point, I just hope it's updated by the end of 2024 so I can have accurate numbers for the annual Go the Distance Event.

My FLOG stopped updating last Wednesday. I just sent an email with screenshots from my phone to membership@usmastersswimming.org because that was the only email in the USMS "Contact Us" page.

My FLOG hasn't updated in forever, probably going on 2 years. I finally gave up. It was never right anyway since the data came in from my Garmin and it never counts yardage from kicking, so I always had to edit my FLOG entries.

My "FLOG" has not been updated since the middle of December 2023, same with "My Swim Feed". I contacted swim.com last week and they say they fixed it. They told me to relinked my accounts, which I did yesterday. So now "My Swim Feed" is being updated, however my "FLOG" isn't.

I swam today and same thing, "My Swim Feed" was updated, but not my "FLOG".

RFWVT, we believe we have identified an issue with some users account connection. We are working with Swim.com to resolve the issue.
