Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately, we don't have that feature in our FLOGs currently. We will add it to the requested featured list though.

Specific set i posted in comments for a particular day. Do not want to have to open every dat to find it.

gbrittongeology I am not sure I fully understand your question.
Are you looking for a specific set or written out whole workout that you input into your FLOG details for a day you swam and hoping to search your entire FLOG for that set? If so, there is no easy way to do a text search in the details of your FLOG. You would have to click on each day and manually look for the swim that way. Feel free to DM me with any additional questions.

That I know. But how do I know if I posted a workout without clicking on every day posted with a swim ?

Any day that has a swim on it will show the swim icons and distance. There is a month and week view you can toggle between. The below if the month view.
