And look at us tough ladies--only a week after a 5.4 mile swim, we&#39;re back to open water racing again! (Of course, it might be generous to describe my pace as &quot;racing,&quot; but it&#39;s improved, so I&#39;ll claim &quot;racing&quot; happily!) This has been a lovely week of swimming--a pool practice last Sunday, then open water (river) Tues. and Thurs.! Planning on another o.w. swim tomorrow as well (not a race, just a group swim).
