I want to do something bigger in scope as far as open water that i have never done before. I have done many 3 mile open water swims and a 10K. Not my intention at all. I want to Know what y&amp;#39;all have done and what you are looking forward to doing. Some of these events are hard to find and some are not even events that one can sign up for, but just a few people who love being in the water getting together to do something fun. It doesn&amp;#39;t have to be just a mileage increase either, just something unique. Like swimming the straights of Mackinaw or something. Just want to see whats out there.

i learn of new swims every year and new swims seem to be held every year.  you ask a good question.
