Sat 7-8am.  $30 a month.

COWS swim on wed evenings. We meet at 5:30pm under Market St Bridge downtown.  We also do some other morning and weekend swims. &lt;a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/101869286526356/"&gt;www.facebook.com/.../&lt;/a&gt;

Chattanooga Tri club swims at Chickamauga dam around 5-6pm on Mondays.

There are also several swim socials throughout the year in Chattanooga.
