Are there any other forumites doing it? Would be cool to meet before or after.

RE: Anyone else doing Statue of Liberty Swim?

i&#39;m swimming... wish the event was a little longer but the course should be special.

Yes, I wish it were longer also. I&#39;ll send you a PM with my contact info.

Also, if you&#39;re in town for a few days, you can check out a masters workout here. I&#39;ll probably head out to Brighton Beach this weekend (looking like Sunday) for another o/w swim.

Not fast enough, I&#39;m afraid. Congrats on qualifying and have a successful swim! That one might be a goal for me....

Fast? I guess it is all relative. I have yet to qualify for a nationals event... I&#39;m just excited to be able to swim around the Statue of Liberty :)<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Anyone else doing Statue of Liberty Swim?

Hello--

While in NYC, perhaps you could observe the 8 Bridges stage swim coming down the Hudson? Or catch an ocean swim with CIBBOWS?
Have fun with the Statue of Liberty swim! That must be fun.
