They probably aren&amp;#39;t the fastest, but barefoot would be. They&amp;#39;re a little expensive, but I would highly recommend them. they&amp;#39;re incredibly comfortable.

In Japan, I&amp;#39;ve seen these for sale.
They are called &amp;quot;Aqua Run&amp;quot; by Oka.

They have a grip sole, toe compartments, but the heel is exposed.
They are not exactly transition shoes from swimming.
These kind of shoes are actually grip shoes for people that walk laps in the pool and provide grip for aquarobics classes in the pool, but they could serve your purpose as well. I imagine they would be comfortable to swim in. It&amp;#39;s like a foot glove.
They are around 20-25USD.
Your only problem might be sizing though. Japanese feet are smaller.
The large size caters for 27cm foot-length.

Actually, I found the site in English for you.
They should be able to ship internationally maybe.
