This will be my first introduction to feedings. Based on my speed/ ability I am assuming the swim will take me about 4:45 -5 hours. I then just supplement that with straight water. I used this for the Swim Around Key West last year and it worked great. I fueld up every 20-30 minutes and never felt much in the change of energy output. The Perpetuem is great stuff in my opinion.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
