I enjoyed the swim though.
 I was able to keep my arms in shape this fall by rowing. 
I restored a Vietnam riverboat...its like four hundred pounds.

I couldn&amp;#39;t agree more. I believe it&amp;#39;s the effect the negative ions have on our bodies. I know I am always happier either in or around water, whether it be a fountain, pool, lake, stream, river, waterfall, ocean, or rain.
