Hey Swimmy - I brought this very subject up last night to The Court Without Appeal and the ruling was &quot;Are you nuts?&quot; It was not a final ruling, however, since I pointed out that I had done 90 minutes in 55 degree water earlier in the year and could have kept going - I LOVE to swim in cold water. It has a great appeal and if I&#39;m not still in the middle of my current construction project at the barn, I may try to sneak away. The odds are pretty good that I won&#39;t be doing it, however.
