I&#39;d love course information from anyone who&#39;s done it before.
And more important, how&#39;s the place for spectators? My son is totally over the whole standing at the shore thing, and since I&#39;m

RE: Quassapaug swim?

I think my son is vetoing the idea of going. I stuck him in the car for two hours today to go to Boston so I&#39;m not sure I can do that to him again on Saturday. Especially not starting at 5 in the morning!
At best, it will end up being a &quot;date&quot; day for my husband and I...
See you in a few days,
Sydne

I did this swim last year and it would be a long day on the banks of the lake with little to do. I am doing just the 1.5 mile only but the lake itself is grand.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Quassapaug swim?

I think my son is vetoing the idea of going. john h and i are doing all three and i know of at least two other metro and adms swimmers who are planning to go.

the course is .75 miles long and goes perpendicular to shore (out and back)

two loops for the 3 mile, 1 loop for the 1.5 mile.

on another part of the lake and in view of the start is an amusement park. i&#39;m not sure if it is a water park or a dry one, but your son might have a bit more fun there for a couple of hours. i believe it goes by the name &quot;quassy&quot;

i found a link
