The 10k National Championship is in your backyard this year. www.usms.org/.../10kentry.pdf I'm debating doing it, but after doing the 10k postal last year I have to decide if I want to make that training commitment again. In Virginia... May 26, 1 and 2 mile lake swim, Reston, VA, wetsuits allowed June 15, 1-mile ocean swim, Virginia Beach July 12, 2-mile lake swim, Charlottesville, National Championship Tentatvie series in Virginia Beach. Not sure yet if it will be USMS sanctioned. July 13, 1K July 27, 3K Aug 15, 5K I'll post about the series when plans are definite.

One more question? Are their restrictions on wetsuit use in USMS events?
