Thanks in advance for any information. I am just trying to get some basic info about the OW swimming options for someone located in Evanston, IL. Once the season starts again there will be a lot of open water swimmers at Ohio Street beach. This is a good place to train. You can swim parallel to the bike path for about 800M. If you are tired you can stand up most of the way and there are ladders to exit if you ever need them
