1. Elbows and finger joints. They both begin to ache terribly at about the 2.5 mile mark. 
2. Swimmer&amp;#39;s Ear. I&amp;#39;ve tried OTC remedies with little relief. Get an ear bulb and use it to flush the gunk that is deep in the ear canal out. (Follow directions on the package for use.) Then after every swim/shower/bath use a homemade mixture of 50% rubbing alcohol and 50% white vinegar in each ear (a drop or two is enough.) Repeat as needed, but after about 6 weeks you probably will only have to flush your ears a few times a year.
