If so, did they notice any difference (were you faster)?

I&amp;#39;ve never seen any information on how it helps in the open water.

I don&amp;#39;t know if that is true but its worth looking into.  I do know people who wear fastskin and think it helps.  

One concern has to be chafing--places which are not a problem in fresh water or pool water can become a giant gaping sore after rubbing for 3 miles in salt water.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
