I&amp;#39;m thinking about picking 2 islands and swimming from one to the next form my b&amp;#39;day next summer. Has anyone done this &amp;amp; do you ahve any htoughts? It&amp;#39;s a little over 9 miles and has individual swimmers as well as relays.  A great event!  It&amp;#39;s the Saturday before Labor Day, so I think that&amp;#39;s Sept. 4 in 2004.  Then you can hop over for the Waikiki Roughwater on Labor day.  Lots of fun, lots of swimmers and outstanding water.
