She tells me to make sure my hands are entering at 10 and 2. I can never feel when I&amp;#39;m crossing, but its usually when I get tired. Sometimes I say, do catch-up drill with hands in front of, or to the side of shoulders (you often have to exaggerate words, visuals, to get get even small changes). Use a short piece of PVC tubing and do catch up with it. also sight more forward occosaionally and you can see where you hand is entering using peripheral vision.

I see many swimmers who cross over have a lack of hip rotation and swim pretty flat. Do you put your hand in the water too close to your head?
