They are a bit smaller than Zoomers and do not cover the heel at all. They are held on by straps that go across the area right below or at the toes. They are in many ways closer to hand paddles... The area covered maybe just slightly smaller than a Zoomer but I really like them. I can get a faster kick beat which is closer to swimming without a fin. They are a lot lighter than a Zoomer...
