I need to get something to ease my forefoot pain when I swim (turn). I have tried taping Dr. Sholl's pads

RE: Pool Shoes/Slip-ons, etc. for Swimming & Forefoot Pain

Thanks!

I will try this approach. I had tried fin socks a while back (Tyr or Kiefer, I think), but they are very thin and don't hold up that well.

Never thought/knew about "dive" socks (some even look a little padded - hopefully!)......

RE: Pool Shoes/Slip-ons, etc. for Swimming & Forefoot Pain

Thanks!

You're welcome. I hope this works for you. :agree:

RE: Pool Shoes/Slip-ons, etc. for Swimming & Forefoot Pain

I'm thinking a pair of neoprene "dive socks" (lots of choices come up in Google) may do the trick. You could put the Dr. Scholl pads inside and then slip them onto your feet.
