Anyone else come up with some new ones? How many fo you incorporate band training in your dryland?

It emphasizes the posterior delts alot more than the lats but does hit them all.

It definetly hits the hamstrings eccentrically when reaching forward and flexing the hips. This exercise really challenges the lower body when you begin to increase speed.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Resistance Band Training

Not sure if that will help a lot in swimming other than breaststroke pull.
