I've been noticing a bit of a dead spot out in front of my freestyle stroke and am wondering if there are any drills to help me speed up the transition from the recovery to the catch/pull.

Thanks,

I also hate drills, but I currently don't have access to a coach with much experience, so I thought I'd take a stab at fixing it myself.

I'll look into getting video of a couple laps. It might be my imagination.

RE: Recovery to Catch drills?

Lead with fingertips
