Front mount snorkel. Great for working the lungs on long freestyle sets, kick  sets and when doing drills. I like it for drills, when first learning one, because I don&amp;#39;t have to think about timing in the breath. As I become more familiar with the drill, I won&amp;#39;t use the snorkel, so I can work on breathing as well.

Plus, I use it on almost all freestyle sets that are over 300 m. I would say the angle at your wrist (if 180 degrees is normal) should not be less than 165-170 degrees at most.
