Has anyone else had one of these Zen moments while swimming?

YES!!! :bliss: I thought it was at Sunday&#39;s meet when I took 21/2 - 31/2 seconds off each of my PB breaststroke times. I was feeling pretty good then. But, today, I took another second off my 200 breaststroke- but with an IN WATER start. So, take another 4 seconds off for a block start (that seems to be about right for me) and that&#39;s a total of five seconds off Sunday&#39;s personal best time!

I can&#39;t explain it; I couldn&#39;t believe what I saw when I looked at my time. And, I even felt like I had more left in the tank. My only hope is that I feel this way at the next meet that counts! :D<div style="clear:both;"></div>
