If they improve more or less than this is this a sign of any kick flaws?

I can kick hard for 100 SCY maybe 1:25-1:30 (I&amp;#39;m not the best kicker, but not horrible either) and with fins I could go under 1:10. Fins should be used as a training/strength aid. You may also gain &amp;quot;some&amp;quot; flexibility in knees and ankles and strengthen your core.
