They have a footage from front, back, side, and underneath the water. The clarity of the video is outstanding. Both Kredich and Magnuson do a nice job of explaining their thoughts on the stroke and the drills. You get a perspective from both the athlete and coach. Plus, Kredich is very accessible. After watching the dvd, I emailed him some questions. He emailed me back with answers the same day. I don&#39;t know of many D1 coaches that will take the time to answer a question.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
