Yes, it is worth the money. I have the dvd. They have a footage from front, back, side, and underneath the water. The clarity of the video is outstanding.

Both Kredich and Magnuson do a nice job of explaining their thoughts on the stroke and the drills. You get a perspective from both the athlete and coach.

Plus, Kredich is very accessible. After watching the dvd, I emailed him some questions. He emailed me back with answers the same day. I don&amp;#39;t know of many D1 coaches that will take the time to answer a question.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
