I will add my thanks to all the volunteers that made this possible!!! Thanks to Ed and his crew for putting in the time to make this possible...like others have said...minor glitches...but overall a great meet!!! Nice meeting you Elaine!!! Maybe next time we can talk some more...will see you around!!!

Yes, thanks to all who worked the meet. It was very enjoyable and was well run. 2000 swimmers had to have been a daunting task so kudos to you.

Thank you for a well run meet with minor glitches. A toast to all the volunteers. My dad volunteered 3 timing shifts which wore him out but he loved it. It was great meeting and seeing so many friendly faces. Ande, I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you. I tried looking for you but with a sea of 2000, it was hard. Next time. Elaine, stay in the water and keep it up. You are doing great! I'm leaving Atlanta today very happy with my times and medals and sad to see it all over. Until next time :chug:

Stay in the water??? You can't get me out- just ask my husband, when he's ready to leave after his long gym workout and I'm still in the pool. :bitching: :D Case in point: After polishing off most of a bottle of champagne, last night (I normally do not drink much or often), I was back in the pool after a night of insomnia and maybe four broken hours of sleep. I was exhausted, but I couldn't wait to get wet. And, I managed a 11/2 hr. workout before Bruce finally gave me the lets go (!) signal... :blush: Congrats. to you on having a AWESOME meet! :applaud: Have a safe trip back home!!

Bruce enjoyed meeting you, today, but respectfully declines your invitation to join Masters. :blush: He barely knows how to swim and much prefers being a gym rat! He hits it hard on the recumbant bike and/or weights 6 days/wk and watches me swim through the window separating the gym from our indoor pool.:) Your family will be very proud of you when you show them the video I shot of your record-breaking 200IM. You should be very proud of yourself! :bow: :applaud: :banana:
