We just had a very fast swimmer join our team today (multiple top-10 times). Too bad we didn&#39;t have him a week ago! Just wait until next year, if we keep our current members and can get everyone to show up, we&#39;ll clean up on the relay events.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Thinking of travelling to PNA Champs this April.

I&#39;m entered. 400 IM, 200 free and 200 fly on Saturday. 500 free, 200 IM and 1650 free on Sunday.

Traffic should be wide open. Even if 405 slows down through Renton or Tukwila, it sounds like there&#39;s more than one in your party so you&#39;ll be in the HOV lane. Smooth sailing there. I will probably go this year even though I am too out of shape to swim fast times. These numbers are just a guess...from a swimmer, not meet host. The meet does go fast and should be great fun in a very fast pool. Hope you can make it.

This is a great, well-run meet in a world class pool. I highly recommend it. I am a little worried about the 50 fly being right after the 500. If I sandbag my time enough in the 500 I should have plenty of rest and it is only a 50. I saw the order of events, that&#39;s one of the reasons I asked. Our meets are usually very small, one to two heats per event. so you need to be very careful what you sign up for.
